Amazing staff / customer service both at main reception and dining/restaurant. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room and public areas. Very well maintained hotel and car parking facilities were also great - lots of parking spaces and not tight for big cars!

Amazing check in experience. Refitted bar and restaurant looks great! Health club is better than others. Breakfast was decent quality. Room in good decorative order, air conditioned, quiet, and comfortable bed.

The hotel is bright and airy and very clean. Communal areas are good. Accessible bedrooms are good although the shower is very utilitarian. The issue is the bedrooms have a very cold feel. For too much open space. Breakfast is very good. Grapefruit juice without asking! First class.

Free parking. Nice breakfast, though I would prefer it were possible to take smaller portions. Ie pots of sunflower seeds were 5 portions worth. Warm croissants would be nice too. Sausages and bacon etc good quality. My bed sounded a bit springy but actually slept really well. Sound proofing between rooms was good. TV guide on the TV didn't work.

It was quiet, and functional. The cleaners went about their tasks with professionalism. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff on the floor were attentive from the off. Reception staff were a bit hit and miss depending on the time of day you needed their services. The gym/swimming pool was a bonus. Shame the trunks on sale were only for children.

Helpful Staff, were happy to change my friends pillow and duvet in the middle of the night when she had a reaction to the down. I was also impressed that the hotel was happy to give a discounted price when one friend could no longer attend. Easy check in, clean room, great facilities. Plenty of room in the underground car park as well (which is also free with booking). Bit of an awkward location, but easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

Was given a Free upgrade to a King room which was amazing however the bed was 2 singles pushed together with a topper on and wasn't that comfortable as gap made it feel like sleeping in to individual beds the breakfast was the best I have had an absolute amazing offering and all staff were very nice I didn't mention about bed as overall I was more than happy with the Hilton

The service was good, even if I wasn't informed ahead that I could have checked in on the app. The room was clean and functional. The food at the breakfast was good, even if I don't really enjoy the English breakfast.

The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. It was also nice and quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and sauna were also good.
